Prenatal
Uncertain about the best method of caring for yourself and preparing for the arrival of your new baby? I’m here to tell you feelings of overwhelm and discomfort are not your new normal. You CAN have and DO have the energy and inner strength to remain active and feel confident in your preparation of childbirth.
Postnatal
Struggling with guilt and lack the time to care for yourself? So many mamas feel overwhelmed and frustrated about their post-baby bodies and believe that, after having babies, it’s normal to pee yourself, have back pain when lifting your kiddos, or not want or enjoy having sex. What I know and believe is that, though these may be common conditions, they do not have to be your truth to live with and endure.
Running
Love to run but aren’t sure if your body is ready yet? I get it. My goal is to help mamas reconnect with their bodies and return to an active lifestyle filled with confidence and joy. I love being active and outdoors, and as a former (hopefully returning!) triathlete I can help you establish long-term patterns of wellness that get you running further, faster, and without pain or leakage.
